Modern wedding inspo from Kelsey and Blake's wedding at The Howey Mansion in Orlando, Florida –
Kelsey and Blake celebrated their wedding at the Howey Mansion, one of Orlando's most sought after luxury venues. This historic estate house features both indoor and outdoor options for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The Howey Mansion features a stunning bridal and groomsmen suites as well as a ballroom flooded with natural light that photographs beautifully. The architecture is influenced by Mediterranean design elements and natural scenery that blends seamlessly into the property. The indoor ballroom can seat 80 guests, and the venue can host a maximum of 400.
Kelsey and Blake started their wedding day in the Howey Mansion suites getting ready with their closest friends. I loved photographing all of their carefully curated detail pieces. The bridesmaids all worse matching black PJs which I love! The silk tank top and shorts sets are easy to rewear after the wedding, so they can serve a purpose past the day of. After getting ready, the bride and groom shared a private first touch and vow reading by the Howey Mansion iconic vine wall and it was so special. Their outdoor ceremony welcomed Kelsey and Blake's guests to the venue starting out in front of Howey's gorgeous large windows. They decorated the space with minimal elements like candles and simple florals, letting the space speak for itself. Their ceremony was so personal to them as a couple and everyone could feel the joy and excitement they shared being announced as husband and wife for the first time!
Following the ceremony, their reception at Howey Mansion took place in the courtyard with beautiful uplighting and black and white themed table decor. We loved hearing tearful and comical speeches from their close friends and family, and watching them get down on the dance floor! After ending the night with a sparkler exit, Christian and I truly felt like we were sending off two friends to their honeymoon!
