The Winter Park Event Center was designed by well-known architect Sir David Adjaye. His contemporary vision for this event center sprung to life along with the picturesque views of the nearby lakes and surrounding landscape. The best part about the Winter Park Events Center truly lies in its clean modern aesthetic that really allows you to create a personalized design for your celebration. From their grand ballroom and rooftop terrace to the waterfront, Tiedtke Amphitheater, the Winter Park Events Center will surely offer you a unique and timeless experience no matter which space you choose.
I was so excited when Jess and Kyle approached me about being the photographer for their wedding at the Winter Park Events Center. Not only are Jess and Kyle also wedding photographers, but Jess is also an associate photographer for us here at Grace Torres Photo! Our couple wanted to keep this day as relaxed and simple as possible. Instead of getting ready at the venue, Jess chose to get ready at their apartment with her sweet pup, Sparky, her mom, sister and mother-in-law. After everyone was ready we headed to the Winter Park Events Center for the couple's first looks and portraits. Jess decided to go with colorful spring florals and Alyssa from Alyssa Maldonado Designs did an amazing job with the wedding florals. The pops of color in the flowers amongst the modern backdrop of the venue really came together beautifully. After portraits the couple tucked away for their ceremony in the Winter Park Events Center bridal suite Once the ceremony was over we headed over to cocktail hour on the rooftop and then the colorfully designed reception. The planning team, Cherish Events, did an amazing job ensuring that the day ran smoothly. Overall this wedding was so fun and stress-free. I am so honored that Jess and Kyle chose me to be part of their wedding day and hope to return to the Winter Park Events Center soon!
